Mr. Amit Kambariya, the Founder & Managing Director of Opera Energy, possesses over a decade of experience in spearheading Renewable Energy Projects from conception to execution. His exceptional entrepreneurial acumen, unwavering determination, and a steadfast vision to assist Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers in achieving their sustainability objectives have been instrumental in propelling the organization to the forefront of the solar and wind energy sector.

Under his exceptional leadership and management skills, Opera has experienced exponential growth nationwide. Mr. Kambariya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science along with academic qualifications in Commerce.

A Civil Engineer by profession, he brings nearly four decades of work experience, half of which has been in the renewable energy sector in India. One of the pioneers in the wind energy sector from development, construction and owning renewable energy projects. He carries vast exposure having worked with the Sitac group and French energy giant, EDF - commissioned +600 MW and built a mature pipeline exceeding 1 GW across multiple states.

He has spread his procurement and development experience with WTG OEMs like Vestas, GE, Siemens-Gamesa, Suzlon & Inox complementing in sectors related to joint venture structuring, financing, safety. Opera considers him a guiding force to add professionalism and to spur growth.

Over 35+ years of experience in power system operations and renewable energy integration, with extensive work alongside Gujarat’s Regulatory Commission, STU, and SLDC. Expertise includes grid planning, tariff determination, smart grid development, and reliable grid operations amid high renewable energy penetration.

He has played a key role in efficient and integrated power system operations, implementing advanced technologies for resilient grid management. Possesses strong domain knowledge in transmission planning, RE integration, grid and distribution codes, open access, DSM, deviation settlement mechanisms, tariff filings, net metering regulations, and forecasting and scheduling of wind and solar generation.

Mr. Jayesh brings over a decade of valuable experience in operations and projects within the renewable energy sector. Before joining Opera Energy, he held positions at prominent companies including Enercon India, Mytrah Energy, and GE Renewable Energy.

Mr. Jayesh holds a master’s degree in Master of Law.

A dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Power Systems professional with over 25 years of extensive experience across the energy sector. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from GTU, complemented by a Diploma in Fire Safety and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt—demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, safety, and process optimization.

Currently leading Operations in the renewable energy space, with a focus on windfarm management, driving performance excellence and operational sustainability.

Mr. Dilip possesses extensive expertise in risk management, establishing financial systems and controls, overseeing Merger & Acquisition activities, EPC contracting, and securing funding for large-scale projects within the Renewable Energy sector in India.

His professional background includes a focus on raising Public/Private equity and managing project funding. Mr. Dilip holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Vivek Hisaria is an Infrastructure Finance professional with over 17 years of experience in fundraising, infrastructure project financing, green energy project financing, sustainable / climate financing, corporate & structured finance and development of projects.

He is a Commerce Graduate and a Post Graduate in Management. Prior to joining Opera Energy, Vivek has worked with Continuum Green Energy (Morgan Stanley's renewable energy platform), PTC India Financial Services (Infrastructure Finance Company - NBFC), and Essel Group of companies.
