A Civil Engineer by profession, he brings nearly four decades of work experience, half of which has been in the renewable energy sector in India. One of the pioneers in the wind energy sector from development, construction and owning renewable energy projects. He carries vast exposure having worked with the Sitac group and French energy giant, EDF - commissioned +600 MW and built a mature pipeline exceeding 1 GW across multiple states.

Currently leading Operations in the renewable energy space, with a focus on windfarm management, driving performance excellence and operational sustainability.

Mr. Dilip possesses extensive expertise in risk management, establishing financial systems and controls, overseeing Merger and Acquisition activities, EPC contracting, and securing funding for large-scale projects within the Renewable Energy sector in India.

His professional background includes a focus on raising Public/Private equity and managing project funding. Mr. Dilip holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Vivek Hisaria is an Infrastructure Finance professional with over 17 years of experience in fundraising, infrastructure project financing, green energy project financing, sustainable / climate financing, corporate and structured finance and development of projects.

Vivek is a Commerce Graduate and a Post Graduate in Management. Prior to joining Opera Energy, he has worked with Continuum Green Energy (Morgan Stanleys renewable energy platform), PTC India Financial Services (Infrastructure Finance Company - NBFC), and Essel Group of companies.

Dr. Nilesh Panchal brings over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and holds a PhD in the field. His expertise spans business development, regulatory affairs, open access mechanisms, B2B power sales, and power evacuation planning within the evolving energy market.

With a strong track record of delivering projects from concept to commissioning, he has been actively involved in identifying new market opportunities, structuring power sales strategies, and strengthening partnerships across the commercial and industrial sectors. His experience and strategic insight contribute significantly to driving sustainable energy growth and fostering innovation within the renewable energy industry.

Mr. Bharat Detha focuses on identifying market opportunities and driving growth and pipeline development across Northern and Western India. His role involves crafting strategic energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers while building long-term partnerships that support business expansion.

He brings over 25 years of experience in acquiring and developing corporate clients, with a strong focus on institutional and enterprise relationships. Prior to joining Opera Energy, he worked with KM Dastur, Aditya Birla Group, and Aviva Life, where he was actively involved in institutional sales and business development initiatives.

He has over 29 years of rich experience in the manufacturing and infrastructure sector, with deep expertise in transmission tower manufacturing, engineering fabrication, and hot dip galvanising.

He is instrumental in driving operational excellence, strategic expansion, and manufacturing automation, while ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and timely execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

With over seven years of experience in renewable energy since graduating in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (2018), he plays a key role in the development of wind, solar, and hybrid energy projects. He specialises in translating technical resource analysis into practical site development and project execution.

His expertise includes wind resource assessment, turbine micro-siting, site identification, and project lifecycle planning. Leveraging his instrumentation background, he ensures accurate resource monitoring and technical evaluation of wind turbine generators and solar modules to support efficient and bankable project development.

He has over 10 years of experience in infrastructure and renewable energy projects. He began his career as a QA/QC Engineer with Parth Infrastructures and later worked with Suzlon Energy, gaining experience in wind turbine foundations and civil infrastructure for wind energy projects.

He later joined Enefra Projects India Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager – Civil, contributing to the execution of Envision Energy’s first wind turbine project in Gujarat. At Opera Energy, where he has been associated for the past seven years, he progressed from Assistant Manager – Civil to Construction Lead and currently oversees the execution of wind and solar EPC projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

He brings over 10 years of experience in land acquisition and regulatory approvals within the renewable energy sector. He leads land acquisition planning and lease structuring for large-scale solar and wind projects.

He also oversees evacuation approvals and statutory clearances, working closely with landowners, government authorities, and project teams to ensure smooth project development and regulatory compliance.

Sneha Kedia is the Manager – Human Resources at Opera Energy Pvt. Ltd., bringing close to a decade of diversified experience in human resource management across different sectors. She plays a key role in strengthening HR systems, talent management, and fostering a positive organisational culture that supports the company’s growth and operational excellence.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
